Our company has designed, implemented and maintains an SQF Food Safety & Food Quality Management System to effectively manage food safety and quality throughout the organization including establishing and reviewing our food safety and quality objectives.
We implement and sustain food safety and food quality through Owner and Management Personnel rendering every practical and reasonable effort to provide appropriate resources.
And, we strive to continuously improve the SQF system. Full compliance to all customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements is achieved by strict adherence to the policies and procedures of our documented Food Safety Management System.

The Spokane Produce purchasing staff is experienced in buying a full line of fresh produce and related products. They communicate and negotiate daily with growers, shippers and suppliers to procure for our customers adequate quantities of quality fresh produce. They watch market trends and availability daily for indications of change in quantity, quality, price and even trends.
The sales staff at Spokane Produce is comprised of individuals with retail produce merchandising/management as well as food service specialists. Many of our sales people began their career in produce department, and became accomplished produce managers. Their successful experience in the retail produce department is a valuable asset that is shared with our customers, whether it is a simple question over the phone, or an 'in-store' merchandising visit. Our experienced food service specialists tune in with today's chefs, updating them with current market conditions and the newest, fresh product arrivals. The goal of the Spokane Produce sales staff is to provide each of our customers with the finest quality fresh fruits and vegetables and distinguished customer service.
